Cynthia Reedy has been my hairdresser for nearly 15 years. Aptly referred to as a “hair-healer” in our local Ann Arbor, Michigan Journal, The Observer. Cynthia has been doing my hair for 35 years. She continually researches products and attends workshops to improve her skills. She listens well and offers suggestions on style, color and products. The conversations are always upbeat. If you want to talk, she talks. If you are like me and like quiet time, we talk a bit and then I close my eyes and focus on the feel of her working on my hair. I was heartbroken when Cindy announced her move to California. I’ve gone to four others to do my hair and none can hold a candle to her. Others are friendly, but it feels like they are simply “doing their job” and making small talk.
