HAIR TESTIMONIES:
I've known Cindy for a few decades now, and before moving to California she styled my hair every month for 15+ years. There are many things that are important for hair customers, such as location, parking, price, friendliness, experience, professionalism, and training, but for me consistency is at the top of the list. Cindy is the most consistently good stylist I’ve ever experienced, Check out Cindy’s joyful vibe, and experience mindful haircare that doesn't disappoint!
I'm sure I've had dozens upon dozens of people cut my hair over the years, but Cindy Reedy is the best, hands down. She sees things others don't, she works with what you have and what you want, and she brings unequaled skill with her shears. When I found her, I quit looking around -- until she moved! Our loss, your gain.
The thing I like the most about Cindy‘s haircuts, was the fact that she ended up giving me exactly what I asked for … and then some! Our conversations were always deep and fun and frequently more like therapy then just casual conversation, although there was plenty of that. I love her and you will too!
Cindy has been cutting and styling my hair for years now. She has been able to shape and understand my thick and somewhat curly hair better than any hairstylist I have had cut my hair. I have full confidence that I will always walk out of an appointment with something truly wonderful done to my hair whether it is a cut, color, highlights or blowout.
I’ve been going to Cindy for years. She created a versatile hairstyle for me so I can wash-n-go when I’m on the go or make it sassy-n-classy for music performances. She knows my hair, helps me keep it healthy and happy, and I can be confident I look my best. I don’t let anyone else touch my hair. I love Cindy’s energy. She creates a calming, relaxing salon atmosphere. When I leave, I feel rejuvenated- as if I’ve been to the spa!
Cynthia Reedy has been my hairdresser for nearly 15 years. Aptly referred to as a “hair-healer” in our local Ann Arbor, Michigan Journal, The Observer. She effortlessly combines expertise with style and respectful attention to her clients’ wishes. Since her move to California, I have found no one to match her. No matter how long, I postpone a haircut and/or color until her next visit. It is always worth the wait! It is a common occurrence after a haircut to be stopped by complete strangers with compliments and a request for information about “the person who cuts your hair?!
Cindy is an exceptional stylist whom I have had the pleasure of going to for many years. Cindy's artistic talents shine through in her approach to working with hair. It is as if she is sculpting a masterpiece. She pays meticulous attention to detail and every wisp of hair is subject to her artistic rendering. She has a knack for knowing just how the cut should look on the individual. Cindy is kind and relaxed with a very Zen energy about her, that fosters a peaceful, spa-like experience for the client. I always look forward to my hair appointments, knowing I'll be indulged with the utmost care and attention, and come out of the chair looking my best.. I can't say enough about Cindy and the special treatment she gives clients.
Cindy has been working on my hair for approximately 35 years. She started doing my hair after another over-processed a perm in the 80s, and I had to cut it all off. Throughout those years she continually researched products and attended workshops to improve her skills. She listens well and offers suggestions on style, color and products. It seems she creates a little something new or tries a new product each visit. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy, and I get undivided attention. The conversations are always upbeat. If you want to talk, she talks. If you are like me and like quiet time, we talk a bit and then I close my eyes and enjoy scent in the room that is wafting from the diffuser and focus on the feel of her working on my hair. It feels like a day at the spa. I was heartbroken when Cindy announced her move to California. I’ve gone to four others to do my hair and none can hold a candle to her. The cut, color, texture of my hair has gone downhill. Others are friendly, but it feels like they are simply “doing their job” and making small talk. No matter what she does from raising her kids, music, spiritual life, communicating, doing hair, she gives it her all and seeks to keep improving. Cindy is Michigan’s loss and California’s gain. I’ve developed a deep love and respect for her and truly miss her.
